Hey friends! This is a BIG week for us!
Not to mention a very exciting one 😁
The guys arrived in SUNNY (and hot) FLORIDA on Friday and are spending a couple of days in Miami with friends, but tomorrow they make the drive up to our area for the remainder of their stay. To say our family is excited to meet them in person and spend some quality bonding time with them is an understatement 😁 We have so many fun things planned with them during their visit, but the most exciting is finding out the gender of Little Mac together at our anatomy scan on Friday. Speaking of gender, I set up a poll on Facebook and many participated. Looks like TEAM BOY has a strong lead over TEAM GIRL. Ian and I are divided, Kelsie is still strongly team girl and well Brynlee...well, it just depends on what day you ask her 😂😂😂 The girls will both be at school when we find out so we have a fun little reveal planned for them when they get home and then I will share with all of you the results!!!

We also have a routine check with my OB while they are here and this week I hit the 18 week mark. HOW ARE WE NEARLY HALF WAY THROUGH THIS THING ALREADY???? I feel like we were just in LA for my medical screening, yet here we are preparing legal documents for Little Mac's birth and sitting down to write up our birth plan together. So crazy!!!
Over the last month things have been going well. I haven't really been craving anything specific lately, but am still enjoying my morning bowl of oatmeal for breakfast and continue to dislike the smell and taste of hot coffee. A nice frozen coffee from Dunkin has been ok though occasionally, but it just hasn't been as enjoyable as normal. Energy is up, patience is at an all time LOW (just ask my kids....sorry girls!) and sleep is ALWAYS a wonderful thing 😆
The agency that we are working with sent a cute little thoughtful gift and note that was a complete surprise and very much appreciated. Seriously how cute is this dusty rose water bottle?!?!
I also stumbled upon a pair of super cute MACARON Lularoe leggings that I of course had to order and got a wonderful eyeroll from the hubby like I was nuts... what do men know?!?!
There really isn't too much more to report, but this week we should get plenty of pictures and fun updates on Little Mac!!!
In the meantime enjoy my ever changing shape and size of this growing belly. From med bloat to baby bump to full on belly I feel like each week I am being greeted with something completely different. Personally I feel like I am carrying very different then with my girls, but when I said that to Ian I got yet another eye roll and a look like I was nuts.... but seriously, what do they know?!?! 😜
I will be sure to update y'all more on FRIDAY with any new fun pictures or news and especially Little Macs gender! I hope the rest of you are on pins and needles with me while we wait!!!
